1. Jammin’ Hibiscus Jell-O Shots

Hibiscus Jell-O Shots

We all know time is important, but some things are worth their wait. Just like the childlike excitement of waiting for the Jell-o to set so you can play with it before you eat it.

This time we’ve just tossed in a little tropical flavor with the Hibiscus Tea, and a little kick into the recipe to make the adult in us happy too.

Ingredients

- 2 Hibiscus Tea bags
- 2 cups water
- 2 Lime Jell-o packs
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 cup vodka (Lime, Citrus, Lemon, or Unflavored)

Begin by adding the tea bags to 2 cups of boiling water.

Once the tea is steeped, remove the teabags and add the Lime Jell-o and the Hibiscus Tea into a large mixing bowl.

Begin stirring, and add in the vodka, sugar, and lime juice until completely dissolved.

Add into individual cups and let the shots set in the fridge until they’ve reached jiggly perfection (~4 hrs).
