Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must be unsatisfied with your purchase and willing to return the item whether open or unopened. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to 25 Mauchly, Suite 325, CA 92656. America's Tea will send you a shipping label to return the item.
